Sprint Experience — Your First Laps Behind the Wheel of a Race Car

The Sprint Experience is your introduction to driving a real race car on Northern Europe's only FIM & FIA certified GP circuit. You get behind the wheel of a BMW 325 E90 race car, guided by a professional Eagle Racing Team instructor, and complete your first laps of the 4.5 km KymiRing GP circuit.

No driving licence for track driving is required, and you don't need your own car. Just arrive ready to drive.

How the Sprint Experience works

The total experience lasts approximately 60 minutes from arrival to finish. You start with a one-to-one safety and technical briefing with your instructor — covering the circuit layout, braking points, flag signals, and how the car behaves. You then complete approximately 3–5 laps of the KymiRing GP circuit with your instructor providing live guidance throughout. After your session, your instructor debriefs you on what went well and what to focus on next time.

Who is this for?

The Sprint Experience is ideal for anyone who wants to experience driving a race car for the first time, or for drivers returning to track driving after a break. No previous track experience is required. Minimum age 18. A standard driving licence is mandatory for the track.

Please note that for a comfortable fit, we recommend this experience for participants under 200 cm and 130 kg.

The next step

After completing the Sprint Experience, many drivers progress to the Performance Experience — a longer, two-stint coached session with a detailed debrief between runs. If you want to start driving your own car on track, the Track Starter Session (€39) and Novice Car Track Day (from €139) are the natural next steps.

The car — BMW 325 E90 race car

All KymiRing driving experiences are delivered using the BMW 325 E90 race car fleet, operated and maintained by Eagle Racing Team. These purpose-built track cars provide a genuine, safe, and controlled race car experience on a world-class circuit.

The circuit — KymiRing GP Circuit

KymiRing is located in Kausala, Iitti, Finland — approximately 1.5 hours from Helsinki. The 4.5 km circuit has 21 corners, an 18-metre altitude difference, 8 key overtaking points, and the longest GP main straight in Europe at 1.1 km. Certified to both FIM and FIA international standards.
