1. General Refund Policy All products sold through the Kymiring webshop (including Track Starter Vouchers, Monetary Vouchers, and Drivers’ Club Memberships) are digital goods.

Non-Refundable: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by mandatory Finnish consumer law.

No Cash Exchange: Vouchers and memberships cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.

Partial Use: Partially used vouchers or memberships cannot be refunded or credited.
2. Transferability (The Alternative to Refunds) If you are unable to use your purchase, you may transfer it to another person, subject to the following conditions:

Timing: The transfer must take place before the product is activated or used.

Procedure: You must request the transfer in writing by emailing info@kymiring.com.

Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the transfer; Kymiring does not buy back vouchers.
3. Validity & Expiration It is the customer's responsibility to redeem their purchase within the validity period.

Track Starter & Monetary Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Memberships: Valid for the specific season defined (e.g., the 2026 season).

Expired Products: Vouchers not redeemed within the validity period are void and cannot be extended or refunded.
4. Event Cancellations & Weather

Adverse Weather: Events typically proceed in rain or normal adverse weather. Refunds are not provided for weather-related changes or if a participant chooses not to drive due to weather.

Organizer Cancellation: If Kymiring must cancel an event due to unsafe conditions (e.g., heavy storms) or operational reasons, participants will be offered a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
5. Removal from Event No refunds will be issued if a participant is removed from a track day or event due to:

Failure to meet safety requirements (e.g., unsafe vehicle, lack of safety gear).

Dangerous or disrespectful behavior.

Failure to follow marshal instructions.

Intoxication or attempting to use alcohol/drugs on site.
